Refund Policy
At Native Doors, we take pride in crafting premium doors built to elevate your home. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things change. Please review our return policy below:
Stock Doors
If you’re not fully satisfied with your stock (non-custom) door, it may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery and before installation or attempted installation.

All returns must be approved in advance. To begin the return process, please contact us at hello@nativedoors.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition and shipped back in original packaging. If your original packaging is no longer available or unusable, contact us for further instructions before shipping.

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a carrier with insurance and tracking.

Shipping, delivery, and processing fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for refunds to be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Custom Doors
All custom-made doors are final sale and non-returnable. Once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded for any reason. This includes any door made to your requested dimensions, finishes, glass types, hardware, or any other specifications outside of our standard stock sizes.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the packaging and product. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Damage claims submitted after this window may not be honored.
